Swindon-based contact centre Carpeo was amongst the winners at the South West Contact Centre Forum Annual Awards event held at the Bristol Marriott on July 14. Carpeo came first in the category ‘Best Large Contact Centre’ in the Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year category, having faced some stiff competition from a host of worthy entrants.
Carpeo has enjoyed success at previous SWCCF events but was especially thrilled to win this particular category as this reflects its growth in terms of clients and reputation over the past 12 months.

The SWCCF Awards celebrate organisations and individuals recognised for their outstanding contribution to a vibrant sector which employs more than 50,000 people in over 250 contact centres in towns and cities across the South West.
