Cardwave supports Marlborough charities

Devizes’s based Cardwave, specialists in flash memory technology is support local charities Marlborough Downs Nature Enhancement Partnership and Doorway. Cardwave works with customers of all sizes across the world providing specialist expertise to organisations.

Cardwave’s first £100 donation of 2016 will be split between the Marlborough Downs Nature Enhancement Partnership and Doorway.

Doorway is a local charity, that provide services to the homeless for free and therefore they rely on donations in order to continue operating.

They also provide meals, showering, laundry facilities and one-to-one support to the homeless. As well as these services, Doorway offer activities such as creative writing and music to increase the motivation and self-worth of the people who use their services.

CFO Company Secretary Anne Tew, said:“Homelessness is often an invisible issue, or one with a terrible stigma attached to it. Doorway do all sorts of things to minimise the damage caused by homelessness and social exclusion”.

Marlborough Downs Nature Enhancement Partnership is responsible to support the biodiversity and ecosystem of the Marlborough Downs by creating and improving habitats for animals.
