Cardwave launches video ad competition for young people

Devizes-based Cardwave Services, the secure data specialists, have announced details of a new video advertisement competition for budding film makers (aged 21 years and under) in the UK.

They are inviting individuals, schools, colleges, drama clubs and film clubs to create a short video advertisement to promote two of Cardwave’s products:

The competition allows young people to showcase their creative talent on a genuine advertising campaign for a globally recognised, award-winning company. Either as part of their studies or through an extracurricular club or group.

In addition to enjoying the kudos from having their creations featured on Cardwave’s YouTube channel and other online media, the producer/s of the favourite video adverts will be eligible for prizes too.

The producer/s of the four favourite video adverts will win £150 cash (per advert). They will also be invited to join Cardwave at an awards ceremony in September, when they will announce the overall favourite video. The producer/s will receive a VIP trip for up to 25 people to see the Swindon Wildcats* play at home next season (2017/18), and during the break their winning video will be shown on the big screen.

The deadline for competition entries is Monday July 31 2017 and the four winning videos will be revealed week commencing August 21, 2017.
