Research carried out by Team i has found that belief in the leader is the biggest driver behind employee engagement. Effective leaders can strategically create a clear purpose and then effectively communicate it to all stakeholders, be they employees, investors, customers or the media. The leader needs to be passionate and committed to delivering the purpose, or the organisation will fail.
The first in the series of webinars took place on 24th September and was well received by over 30 participants.
