Wiltshire-based Boatman Admin Services, with the support of Bristol business Edge Intelligence, has arranged The Bristol & Bath Blockchain and Cryptocurrency seminar, an educational event about digital currency aimed at businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals.

It will take place at the Bristol & Bath Science Park on Wednesday 27 June from 6 pm – 9 pm and will feature a number of speakers  including, Osborne Clarke, an international legal firm, Charles Radclyffe, a serial technology entrepreneur, Gavin Brown, director of Blockchain Capital Ltd and Kevin Basham, a Bristol-based entrepreneur and co-host of the ‘Crypto Pulse’ podcast.

John Boatman, director of Boatman Admin Services, said: “I’ve been running businesses for over 25 years and technology has changed so much in that time. Many well-known tech or social media brands didn’t even exist 10 years ago.”

He continued: “I used to be negative about cryptocurrencies until I started to research the market in 2017. After speaking with accountants, solicitors, business owners and technology companies it became clear to me that blockchain technology is already starting to disrupt many industries. I would urge everyone to understand the facts about blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies.”
