RTS Group, the automotive learning and development agency, has strengthened its design offering as more learning goes online.
The Chippenham-based company, which specialises in helping motor manufacturers create world-class dealerships by developing their frontline staff, has appointed Jodi Hunt to its learning and development team.
Jodi, from Trowbridge, is creative media designer, working on a wide range of projects for RTS Group, many of which deliver online learning, from apps and courses, to 3D augmented reality. After studying for a visual communications degree in Birmingham, Jodi joined a fashion company as a graphic designer, before leaving her job to travel around Mexico, Central and South America. On her return, she joined RTS Group.
“I am really enjoying working here, it’s a great environment and we are doing really cutting edge digital design,” she said.
At the start of the year, RTS Group relocated to new offices just outside Chippenham, in Notton, so it could create a bespoke digital design studio, as well as have more space to grow the team.
Kat Searle, Learning and Development Director, said: “More and more learning is going online, and we are at the forefront of delivering this for our clients. There will always be a place for face-to-face and classroom learning, but, with dealership staff so busy, to deliver learning through tablets, smart phones and so on is a complementary, modern way of working.
“Key to this digital revolution is to have a strong learning and development team, who are always up-to-date and Jodi will be a great asset.”
