Amaroc relocates to Westmead and appoints new Director

Independent builders’ merchants Amaroc Ltd has announced that – due to expansion and growth in its sector of Render and Drylining Supplies – it is moving to larger premises on The Westmead Industrial Estate in Swindon.

The new premises boasts warehousing triple the size of its old home with a fully stocked trade counter, catering for all the needs of local tradesmen, rendering and drylining businesses.

Dan Godwin, CEO of Amaroc said, “It’s a very exciting time for us as we take the next step to establish ourselves as the number one Independent render and drylining specialists in the region. As a business, we pride ourselves as experts in our field providing first-class help and advice to the consumer and local businesses. The new premises further instils that ethos.”

In addition to this, Amaroc Ltd has announced the appointment of Nick Ralphs in the newly created role of Sales and Marketing Director. He joined the firm on 1stAugust. Prior to this, Nick was Managing Director for Gypsumtools Ltd in Leicester.

Dan remarked, “Nick joins us with a wealth of experience within the industry with a key focus on Drylining and Tools. As we continue to grow rapidly, he will be building a team around him to further bolster the growth of the business as we gallop into 2020.”

Nick added, “Joining Amaroc was an easy decision to make, the forward-thinking and desire for growth being the most attractive whilst also being a big challenge.”

Amaroc Ltd was formed in 2012 at Swindon’s River Ray Industrial Estate, now with two sites in Swindon and Bristol with an e-commerce website catering to the Renderer, Plasterer and Dryliner in all aspects of materials and specialist tools.
