The Devizes office of Agility In Mind has welcomed three new starters, as the company lays the foundations for future expansion: Agile Coach Tim Robinson, Agile Coach Paul Grew and Marketing Manager Helen Marks.

Tim joins as an agile coach. He led the Cisco SCTG business group’s transformation from waterfall to agile, some 300+ employees in multiple locations, with over 15 scrum teams. Tim will use this experience to help clients adopt and improve agile practices.

Paul has more than twelve years experience of agile enablement, delivery, coaching and training and, as an IT director, has delivered major software projects across multiple industries. He will use this blend of coaching and successful delivery to help transform client organisations.

Helen comes from a publishing and digital marketing background, bringing twelve years experience to the role. Helen, although new to this industry, will be using her social media skills and marketing experience to further promote Agility In Mind locally, within the industry and to an increasingly interested global market.

Company MD, Andrew Jones, said: “I am delighted to have increased the team to include three very experienced practitioners, they will help move the Agility in Mind vision forward and delivery the training, coachine and advice to help teams deliver better performance, techniques and outcomes.”

Agile methodology is an alternative to traditional project management, typically used in software development. Agility in Mind have put these practices to good use within companies such as the BBC and The Financial Times.
