22 for ’22: Celebrating Swindon & Wiltshire’s Most Inspiring Women

By Anita Jaynes on 1 March, 2022

We’re celebrating Swindon and Wiltshire’s most inspiring women to mark International Women’s Day 2022 which this year takes place on Tuesday 8th March.

Through our social media channels, we asked our readers which women in our community inspire them and created a list of 22 for ’22. The list is printed in our Feb/March magazine and from today, Tuesday 1st March, each weekday throughout the month we will be profiling and championing each of these fantastic women online and via our social feeds.

Today we put the spotlight on Salisbury’s Surinder Hothi-Bellamy.

Surinder is the Founder & Co-Director of Pure Punjabi Ltd: a Top 8 UK Indian Cookery School, food events and Indian meal kit business. Pure Punjabi is also the 2020 winner of The FSB South West Family Business of the Year award.

In January this year, Surinder was named in the f:entrepreneur ‘ialso100’ 2022. A UK-wide campaign which celebrates the multi-achievements of women running businesses in the UK today.

Prior to establishing Pure Punjabi, Surinder provided private personal training and life coaching services to private and professional individuals over a period of 20 years. Today she continues coaching to a small select group of private clients, delivering bespoke packages specifically tailored to all holistic areas of their well-being.
