Tom Vaughton, Founder and Managing Director at Varn, said, “This event will hopefully inspire future leaders and burst some of the myths around leadership. The idea emerged from our VarnFest event, where we realised the importance of honest, open and helpful stories about running a business or a team. We had loads of requests for us to do something similar for people that hadn’t yet reached a senior leadership position but have the potential to lead in the future. So we have created VarnFest Future Leaders, and it’s set to be an inspiring day in a unique location. If anyone has any future leaders in their teams or they want to be a leader, then I would recommend you have a look.”
