Sweet Talks at Hartham Park is returning for part 2 in the series on Tuesday 11th July with a health and wellbeing special breakfast from 8-10am.
Surrounded in nature and beautiful countryside Hartham Park is a space to think, breathe and be inspired. That’s why many are choosing it as their chosen space to work.
As part of the community offering there are health and wellbeing facilities on site, including personal trainer Maggie Davies, owner of FIT – Fitness Intake Therapy and new hairdressing salon, Maria Christina Hair.
At the breakfast Maggie and Maria will share their business journeys and what’s special about being based at Hartham Park.
Maggie will share her tale from Skeleton athlete, competing for team GB across Europe and North America, to becoming a fitness instructor and sports/ remedial massage professional, helping clients to be fit, healthy and strong. Maggie will also share her top tips for keeping a positive mindset to achieve your fitness goals.
Maria will share her story as a professional hairdresser who has worked in the industry for 30 years. Maria moved her business Maria Christina to Hartham Park from Chippenham this spring and is now thriving in her new space. A quaint cottage within the Hartham Park grounds.
Hartham Park’s on-site café, Sweetpea Kitchen will be rustling up some healthy breakfast options to embrace the health and wellbeing theme. We may even get time for a walk to enjoy the stunning grounds basked in the summer sun (here’s to hoping!)
The event is free to attend but booking is essential. To confirm your space email: firstname.lastname@example.org
