A series of popular business networking events in Swindon will be relaunched for 2014 next week by its hosts Banks, Chartered Accountants.
The first event of the series, which runs up until July then resumes in the autumn, is on Wednesday January 22; it’s a breakfast aimed at business people working in the professional services.
Since Banks launched the events, when it moved to its Stratton offices in May 2012, scores of business people have attended. All are free, and include either breakfast for the 7.30-8.45am events or a light buffet for the 5.45-7pm events.
Themes coming up include sale of a business, retirement planning and a Budget analysis special, which will take place on March 20 following the Budget on March 19.
“We’ve had excellent feedback for the events we run,” said Richard Mathews, director at Banks. “They give people a chance to network with other businesses as well as gain some really useful knowledge at our themed events.”
