In support of our Start-up September Competition 2016, Business West, the South West’s most influential business leadership organisation have donated 30 free spaces on their Swindon ‘Business Planning and Finance’ workshops.
Every day of September (1-30) entrants have the opportunity to win a space on this one-day course providing practical advice on key business areas.
Designed to support potential and new entrepreneurs, this in-depth workshop helps to create and develop robust, investment-ready business plans and financial forecasts.
You’ll receive a copy of the templates that will tick the right boxes with investors and lenders, and there’s an opportunity to network with like-minded people and discuss your start up business goals in a supportive environment.
Key area’s covered in this one-day workshop include:
•Producing a robust business plan
•Branding and marketing
•Sourcing finance
•Managing cash flow, profit and loss, and book keeping
•Creating sales projections
You’ll also be offered a one to one meeting, which usually takes place one month after the workshop, to run through your business plans and help with any start-up loan applications.
