Start-up September, Day 1: WIN a Business Coaching Session

By Anita Jaynes on 1 September, 2016

Today September 1, 2016 sees the return of our Start-up September competition. This is an incentive we came up with to celebrate our first birthday in 2014, with the idea of helping other new businesses get their ideas off the ground.

Each day of the month, we will be raffling a prize on Twitter. The competition is aimed at Wiltshire companies that have started out in the last two years, with the idea to support them with products and services that they might not be able to afford, but would add real value to their business.

Wiltshire Startup’s should follow us on Twitter @tbesw and tweet us with the hashtag #Iwanttowin. All participants will be entered into a daily draw, pulled at 9pm each day.  To see a full list of the prizes click here. Full details of each prize will be revealed each day on our website

The Prize – A Business Coaching Session with Isla Baliszewska of Smart Coaching & Training

Reasons why every business should have a coach:

  1. “I am so overwhelmed by all the stuff I have to do to keep this business going!”
  2. “Why-ever did I start this business/project/enterprise?”
  3. “These aren’t the results I wanted!  How did this happen?”
  4. “There’s this big decision I need to make and I could do with an objective view.”
  5. “Why are my staff/people not so engaged/productive/interested any more?”
  6. “I really need to get more sales/customers/increase my profit margins?
  7. “Should I diversify/niche/customise?
  8. “Help!  I need someone to talk to!”

Does coaching work? Yes. Good coaches provide a truly important service. They tell you the truth when no one else will.”   Jack Welch, Former CEO of General Electric
