Rygor Commercials included on 2023 Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list

On the back of its official certification from the Great Place to Work initiative in September 2022, Westbury- headquartered Mercedes-Benz dealer Rygor Commercials has officially been named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing (2023) by Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture.

Great Place to Work’s culture experts analysed feedback from Rygor’s team members, to independently assess their personal experiences of wellbeing at work. Rygor team members gave overwhelmingly positive comments about how the company supports their work-life balance, and how working for Rygor provides a sense of personal fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety, and financial security.

Evaluations also included an assessment of how well Rygor delivers a consistent employee experience and extols its company culture across all roles, departments, and sites within the multi-franchised dealer group.

Last month, the business hosted its annual company Setting Standards awards at Tortworth Court, Wootton-Under-Edge. The event shines a light on team members who truly embody the organisation’s values and went above and beyond for Rygor’s customers and for their colleagues throughout 2022. 

The business also recently celebrated the dedication of its long-serving team members at its annual Long Service Lunch, held at the Manor Hotel, Castle Combe, with those celebrating 10 years in the business, all the way up to 35 years.
