Chippenham-based firm, Sales Coaching Solutions, is continuing to recruit through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Alison Edgar, Founder of the business has appointed Kiya Newnham as the company’s new Head of Content. Kiya previously worked for Sales Coaching Solutions but left in 2018 to travel internationally and gain new skills.
Alison said, “We are delighted to welcome Kiya back as Head of Content. She is currently concentrating on content for my new book and media articles.”
The book Alison and Kiya are working on is the follow up to Alison’s international-best-seller, Secrets of Successful Sales and it will launch towards the end of 2020.
Kiya added, “It is fantastic to return to work with Alison and the team to create new content to help businesses sell. The book will help develop people who aren’t even in business, so it helps us to help people we wouldn’t usually be able to reach.”
Alison continued, “In times where lots of employers are reducing staff, it is a privilege to welcome Kiya back and increase our headcount to enable us to help other people. As a company we have always offered remote working, which stands us in good stead for the current working climate.
