Rachel is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach working with individuals to regain their energy, feel happier in their bodies, be more productive and get their spark back!
Whilst working in very stressful jobs in her 20s, Rachel experienced uncomfortable digestive symptoms, hormone imbalances and anxiety- believing it to be the norm. By addressing her nutrition and her relationship with food, alongside gaining a better connection to her body and what lifestyle approaches worked best for her, she was able to transform her health and wellbeing.
Rachel is now passionate about supporting professional people to do the same, and to improve their health and wellbeing for good! She uses a very personalised approach to really understand each individual and develop simple, achievable nutrition and lifestyle strategies that fit with their life.
