Key appointment for Career Directed Solutions

Bradford on Avon-based Career Directed Solutions (CDS) has announced the appointment of Matthew Taylor as regional director, focussing on the firm’s growth and development.

CDS specialises in HR particularly in the areas of change management, change consulting, coaching and development.

Matthew has over 20 years experience supporting some of the world’s best-known brands with major re-organisation, mergers and acquisitions, downsizing and change programmes. Matthew cites his passion in this area as twofold- firstly partnering with HR teams to support them during challenging times and secondly, seeing individuals employees who are impacted by change successfully transition into new roles.  Matthew has also been instrumental in the transition and support for numerous senior and board directors, both in the UK and globally.

In recent years Matthew was responsible for the account management of Microsoft, Reckitt Benckiser, Centrica, Apple, SABMiller, Sanofi & Sanofi Pasteur and UK Research Councils. His areas of expertise include Career Transition and Outplacement, Coaching, Change Management and Sales Performance. He has gained overseas expertise – with particular experience in Amsterdam and has supported the BPO offshore for two telecommunications companies to New Delhi and Mumbai.
